I've had it, getting new suv

What suv drives like the x5 but is more reliable? I am tired of all the bloody problems I've had in the past year!

I might go for a 5 series if I can find one.

Just curious, why would you go to a 5 series? The X5 is based on the 5er.

Go with an Acura/MB/etc..

the closest things would be a Merc ML sport or Porsche Cayenne, but those will be as reliable as BMW

Do they drive the same?

Porsche is a reliable vehicle isn't it?

I hope that's a joke, nothing German is reliable...you buy it out of love not out of practicality

Acura MDX is more reliable and still considered "sporty" by some people. Give it a test-drive.

it's hardly sporty, maybe compared to a lexus LX570, but Acura's definition of sport is much different than a BMW driver's definition. The Acura would be a great everyday car though because it is comfortable and relatively powerful
