Gecko said it best, "Greed is good", but lately it's been obsene. Fascism???? Ain't nuthin' political about it, except for the idiots that write & change the laws. at least capitalism requires more people to open up the trough, most other "****isms" the people in power just grab the money without dressing it up with special interest "laws".

Economics heavily influence politics, especially today in the United States. Decisions such as those to go to war, or what energy policy to have, or the environment, or even health care, are almost all driven by corporate interests and not by a desire to do what is best for the people.
