Could the psychos at PETA find something real to do?

http://www.news4jax.com/news/18345404/detail.html

Dog fighting runs rampant in the US along with the constant need for large SPCA shelters for animals..and how does PETA spend their time? Trying to ban horse-drawn carriages.....

I have to say, while I don't agree with PETA's rationale, having driven in St. Augustine on many occassions, those horse-drawn carriages are very annoying, they hold up traffic and technically have the right-of-way. Many of the streets in St. Augustine are 1 lane and no-passing, so if PETA can get those things banned, I'm all for it.

btw, those carriages don't have brake lights, nor signals and I've almost run into them on multiple occassions, they are an accident waiting to happen
