Hockey fans: 5 for fighting?

I don't want to debate whether fighting should be allowed or not and no matter what your take on it is, you've got to see this video of the Caps-Rangers game the other night. I think calling it a fight might not be the right word. Is there a penalty for slapping another player?

Maybe Semin should have gotten an extra 2 for embarrassing himself.
