I do not now nor have I ever advocated the extermination of Pit Bulls. Only tighter controls on their populations and handlers because of the mass quantities of dipshit, assholes, who own them.

But calling me ignorant is a smack in the face and I resent it. Just because I don't agree with your POV does not make me ignorant. Ignorant means without information, without understanding, without thought.

And for every point that a Pit Bull owner can make about why they are such great dogs and belong in every home, I can educatedly rebut with sources, professionals, facts and literature that support my views.

To label everyone who doesn't think Pit Bulls belong in multi dog environments, off leash and with experienced handlers as ignorant is really the pot calling the kettle black.

So watch your tongue buddy because I'll open an entire Costco sized case of whoop ass on your ignorant position that will make you wish you did buy a god damned Golden Retriever.

Statement of the day.

Our two Pit rescues - Riley and Beemer - taken shortly after they knocked over the little red wagon and ate the children in it. No wait......that's not it - they are sitting as instructed while our daughter plays in the yard. You see, it's not the dog, it's the owner. It's not the car, it's the owner. It's not the gun, it's the owner. Anything can be bad - and while it's true many Pit owner's are jack off's, you cannot hold the dog responsible. That's why we rescue them - Beemer (the big headed one) was rescued as a pup from a crack house in Buffalo NY and has turned out to be a dream dog. I've run into more yappy little rat dogs that had a greater propensity to bite than a Pit. Enough.

Was the Bit Bulls a Freudian slip though? B is nowhere near P on the keyboard....

You don't even want to know Bimmer4125, how many Pit Bull fights I have seen in the dog park that resulted in some Daschund, Lab, Chi, Yorkie, etc. that wound up in the vets office with puncture wounds. (Not including the two deaths I have seen first hand as a result of Pit Bull mismanagement. ANd it wasn't the Pit Bulls that got killed, it was someone else's innocent dog.)

While a good owner can have a lot to do with it, a HOT Pit Bull is a HOT Pit Bull is a Hot Pit Bull is a Hot Pit Bull.

And while other dogs in the park can also get hot, they do not nearly inflict the same quantity or quality or damage that a HOT PIT BULL does. That's just simple common sense.

I could care less what you do with your dogs in your backyard or around your kids, that's your choice. But when you bring them to the dog parks and endanger everybody else's dogs, that's when people like me start to speak up and speak out.

And you can tell me all day long how good your dogs are. I have eyes and my eyes don't lie. PIT BULLS do not belong in multi dog environments, off leash and with unskilled handlers..

ANd the problem is just with the thug crowd. It's just as much with the little lady who thinks her Pit doesn't have a vicious bone in it's body.. Until her Pit attacks another dog and says "OH MY, it's never done that before.." But by then another dog is dead and it's too late.

So all of you that take your Pit Bulls to the park, regardless if they have or have not attacked, the can, the often will.. And then you are no better than all the other Pit Bull owners who leave the park in shame after their dog has seriously injured or killed another smaller or less fighting dog.

So Easy to disprove, this is a quote from a person who resuced a PIT 5 months ago. He posted it on my wall today regarding my killer dog and the others at the local 55 acre, off leash, free range, 100+ dogs a day, dog park.

I'm sorry B-line and Boi, but it seems that you are unfortunate to have some bad people frequenting your park. The everyday users of your park need to speak out to the jerks and let them know that poor behavior is not tolerated. Don't vent here online, direct it to the jerks that deserve it.

You should see my 13 pound cat at the vets.

He gets so worked-up he will claw anyone including me.
It takes three people with long leather gloves to handle him.

At home he is the sweetest pet in the world.


My point is that all animals came from the wild and can act/kill like wild animals. A Pit Bull is a big dog and therefore can be a real threat when angry. In addtion some Pit Bulls have been bread to kill, just like German Shepperd s. Lastly Pit Bulls are considered cool and may be owned by bad masters.

Now does this mean all Pit Bulls are bad no!
Many Pit Bulls are fine pets.

Now can we stop beating a dead horse and talk about something else?
