Is global warming only affecting California?

So, since last week, the temps have been in the 70s-80s!! Nothing like driving with the sunroof open and wearing short sleeves during the day. Spent a day at Coronado Island yesterday at the beach.

Well, we did pay for it last month with freezing weather, so I guess it is the law of averages in terms of temperature.

Haha I was just going to post about this. This isn't abnormal for CA this is normal for us. We pay for it remember? It is the place everyone wishes they lived. I was just remarking as I was jogging down Torrey Pines and along the beach how lucky we are. All this in a t shirt and shorts. We are blessed!

Earthquakes are over-rated, fires are usually confined to the overpopulated hills down south and debt is the American way.

We don't have tornado's, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, ice storms, snow storms, bitter cold and the three months of pure misery you call the winter season.

Also, last I checked idiots were not confined to the west coast though San Francisco seems to have a rather large population of weirdos.

I 100 percent agree. Last I checked we don't have an earthquake season unlike those pesky snow storms and hurricanes. We have them ever 15+ years and we have highways, bridges, homes and office buildings all built to generously withstand them. I mean heck my high rise can withstand an 8.5 earthquake with extremely minor damage. I think we are good!

I like winter and am a fan of snow Personally, I couldn't handle that many PC peeps shoved in one spot. I've seen one tornado (that was in Vermont), 3 hurricanes (none ever came 'inland' enough to effect me) and as for bitter cold..I wish..usually Christmas day is sunny and 50-60
