Cardinals 27-21

Pitt can't score points and only wins grudge matches. If this game gets over 23 points going..Pitt loses. Nobody has an answer for number 11 going through the middle on a slant pattern. Can't double team it and spreading out the Defense negates blitz packages. Bringing Polomalu up isn't going to happen, as the Cards blitz pickup is great and Warner does exceptionally well in the pocket. Philly (who beat Pitt and had trounced the Cards) tried blitzing corners/safeties...all they did was get burned deep by Boldin/Fitz. Same would happen to Pitt.

Big Ben is great outside the pocket, simply stonewall their O-line, hold em there make Ben throw from the pocket..game over..Cards win.

A little easier said then done..Plenty have tried, and failed...Baltimore's great defense couldn't even do this...

Also, if the blitz or pressure gets to Warner quick enough, Pitt doesn't have to worry about #11 because Warner will be running for his life and won't be able to get the ball downfield to Fitz or Boldin. Warner is notoriously bad, probably one of the worst in the league under pressure. Philly was able to do this to them in the second half, and force 3 and outs..

I'm going for Pittsburgh, although not heavily vested in American Football.

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger could have success against a Cardinals defense that allowed Eagles QB Donovan McNabb to pass for 375 yards and three touchdowns. The Cardinals had one interception but gave up too many big plays in the NFC Conference Championship. Cardinals QB Kurt Warner will test a Steelers defense that limited Ravens QB Joe Flacco to 141 passing yards and recorded three interceptions.

Pitts 27
Cards 20

Sorry, its AZ year......

You think Pitt's gonna sit back in coverage and not put pressure on Warner? No chance that happens at all... And I'm pretty sure, Jake Delhomme (5 or was it 6 turnovers by Jake? I stopped counting after 4) beat Carolina, not the Cardinals and Warner...There is no way in hell, they've played better teams than Pitt. And even if they did, (which they didn't) that still doesn't explain how AZ is going to move the ball on Pitts Defense which is the best in the league by far..Defense wins championships...Ask the Patriots about that one last year with their prolific offense that was shut down by the Giants pass rush... And that doesn't even factor in AZ's questionable defense which is way softer than any AFC opponent Pitt has faced... AZ by 10? you're dreaming...
The Steelers are highly overrated and played nobody in the playoffs. Arizona is peaking at the right time and should sack Big Ben at least 8-10 times......

Sack Ben 8 -10 times?!!! Seriously pass me what you're smoking.. do you even have any idea when the last time any Qb was sacked 8 times in any game?!! No you don't, because you got no clue buddy...

AZ peaking....what a joke. They play in the worst division in football. NFC west..They beat rookie qb and questionable ATL falcons team, wow big deal..They were handed the divisional game when jake Delhomme of the Panthers decided he was going to win the game for the Cardinals instead of the Cardinals actually having to play a game..They barely beat a Philly squad who backed their way into the playoffs!! And they blew a huge lead and actually fell behind in that game until the final minutes...You wanna talk about who's played who?

They (Pitt) beat on San Diego who just handed Peyton Manning and the mighty Colts offense a loss with a shot at the playoffs on the line...Then Pitt beat an actual "hot" team in Baltimore who has the 2nd best defense in the league and second only to Pitts D. You could even argue that the Ravens D is better then Pitts...Thats an argument. Baltimore went into Tennesee's house (Tenn had the best record in NFL and was the top seed in the AFC) and smacked them around at their own game..Whats not an argument is that the Cards (and their extremely questionable Defense and crappy divisional competition all year long) will sack Ben 8-10 times (what a joke)...Keep smokin..and then pass it to me, and even after that I'd still dissagree with you..

You see...wha..wha..what had happened was....

Pitt proved who was better..And with the game on the line the AZ defense couldn't come through for them...I was right about this game, but Pitt didn't cover the spread..luckily I didn't place action on this one..

Barely my X5 friend, if not for the 100 yard INT for the TD, the Steelers lose this game, plus, If you look closely at the final TD, his back foot never touch the ground......And Warner did not fumble with 5 seconds

But, I give it to Big Ben, I don't know how he eluded the pass rush, but Arizona should of had more sacks, they were in the backfield all 2nd half

Good game though, and I won $200 in a Super Bowl square pool
