Got pricing for the 06 Charger SRT-8 today
Base MSRP was $38,095. That comes with the body moldings, front air dam, rear diffuser, spoiler, 20" rims, 45 series tires, power adjustable pedals and of course the 6.1 liter, 425hp Hemi V-8.
I added on the DVD Nav system, 6 CD/mp3 changer, Sirius, hands-free communication, auto dimming mirrors, power sunroof, and supplemental side airbags for a total price of $41,985.
Dealer says they won't be discounting that. Next I hope to actually drive one when their demo arrives next week. Rumors in the Mopar world are that the SRT Hemi is packing closer to 450hp in the Charger and is good for sub- 5 second 0-60 sprints. Aftermarket parts are already becoming available too.
I still think I may go with an '02 or '03 M5 for the price they're asking for the Dodge.
