Sure, you become a "distributor" and "enlist" others to be distributors to hawk this "product" and then you take a cut. Your recruits in turn keep the process going by further recruiting other distributors and pass money up the pyramid.

It's pretty much the definition of pyramid scheme. Not to mention that the product is questionable.

Monavie scam

Monavie! No way. This shit is a total freaking scam. I think Monavie in Latin is "Ponzi" I can send you an article from a magazine that is really an advertisement but made to appear to be a legit article with fake medical references etc. I contacted the guy who is referenced in the article (you know, the one standing next to the Lamborghini with the chick with huge ... lungs) and some bimbo on the phone wouldn't tell me anything about anything only to take my number for a callback. Wouldn't give her location, her last name, her bosses name, etc. Really legit operation, no question!
