Hey, you New Yorkers and northern New Jersians!!
I'll be flying up to Newark this Saturday, and staying in the area until Monday evening. My high school's 20th year reunion is on Saturday at 7PM (Ugh! I feel old!), but aside from that I've got a clear schedule. Right now, we have reservations in the Hampton Inn in Ridgefield Park (not bad), but still looking for something better. Is there something going on up there this weekend? We've had a difficult time finding hotel rooms. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Any local fellow X5World members wanna get together for a couple of beers or a brunch or something on Sunday?? Any interest at all?

Also, I don't want to rent a Chevy. Anyone know where I can rent something "nice" -- as in a bimmer or a benz for the weekend?

Might be a little above a BMW or a Benz, but might also provide for some more fun

BTW, if you do a quick search for "New York City Luxury Car Rentals" there's plenty of results.

Cool! I'll let you know. DinanX5 has graciously invited me to join him for some cigars and drinks up in the Poconos, and I may take him up on it depending on the drive...
