Pending Gun Control Legislation ?
Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009.

Has anyone heard of this and the details? Apparently it requires finger printing and registration of any clipped or semi auto weapon. If not, they are considered illegal and confiscated.

It is in the bill being overviewed right now?
