long over do. he has been running the co. in to the ground for years. it's to bad the board of directors didn't do their job and get rid of him years ago. now dump lutz and maybe gm has a shot at survival.

Wagoner as CEO has been a failure. This was overdue.

I do like the tone from the President - fix this now and don't make us get more involved.
