M steering wheel would be number one for me. I actually think it was my first mod on my X5. Aluminum running boards would be second.
The M steering wheel is something you use everytime, all the time, so the utility of it is huge. The running boards are useful and they add a nice visual cue to the X5, which is nice. Sirius would be nice but it's not something you will use all the time and there will be a monthly charge for it. The CAI would be nice but realistically, how much performance will you get out of it? You'd have to start thinking about an exhaust and engine/trans software to really get the most out of your CAI. BT would be cool but if you have a good phone and BT headset, it reduces your need for the BT module.
