There have been a number of cases of causing death by dangerous driving in the UK attributed to texting. Only a couple of months ago a Peer in the uk was jailed for such.

I don't even know how you text while driving, you must have crazy skills because I refuse to even answer my phone
It is only a matter of time before your car can detect a cell phone and disallow texting

I was waiting to back out of DD earlier this week and some moron came flying in the spot next to me and almost hit me because he was too busy fookin texting I never used to answer my phone while driving. I do now with the bluetooth. The conversations are short.

idiot driving...and after the crash he was walking to check on people??
Thats why I always check who is behind me when traffic stops...she might have been able to switch lanes seeing how this idiot was coming...
