^ Don't forget government stake = 8%.

I wish someone would explain why, and how this new device is going to avoid the gutter any better than this version. And don't tell me 'different product.'

Lets see, bond holders were offered 33 cents on the dollar by the government to stay afloat, they have a shot at 67 cents a dollar on the bankruptcy table. Hmmmmm. Obama then blasted hedge fund managers who wouldn't go along with the govi 33 cents option. These are the same fund managers that manage "joe" investor who bought Chrysler debt thinking it was a good buy. Not to mention 401K's that are sunk in these. Go Government.

From the linked article: "Administration officials said the Treasury Department will provide Chrysler with about $8 billion in loans on top of the $4 billion in loans it has already received to get it through bankruptcy."

Is it just me that has not heard about it, but did the government and Pres Obama win the lottery or something, because they are blowing money like a motherfucker.

Shows how much I know, I thought every piece of shit this 'car company' produced wrecked Chrysler and not just those 6.

Guess that explains why he's determined to piss away billions of someone else's money to keep them going. Thanks Barry!
