The lottery is THE biggest scam the government plays on us poor souls. When it starts the big pitch is for "we'll use the money to improve schools!"
I don't see a big improvement in any schools, and no improvements that were attributed to "lottery money" that being said, if I won the $340MM i'ld give at least 10% to the local schools just to show the gov't up... lying bastards. (and i don't even have kids! but i do have 2 relatives who are NYC school teachers)
