Sport Package is a must! Looks and handling compared to a non sport are night and day....if you have visited your local dealer then you know what Im talking about.

We have been to the dealer but didn't do the sport package thing yet. Getting close to buying though. So we will have to try them both in the same day to experience the diff.

The Trunk may not be an a prob. for you, but check it out: maybe The smallest trunk on the planet.

Sport is Titz, non-sport is no slouch. It's a fineazz car...'cept for the trunk and crummy stereo, imo.

Sport package, Premium package, six-speed manual, no NAV -- lest you have to deal with that horrific iDrive.

I test-drove one equipped just as I stated above, and I was VERY impressed! Nice care, great handling ride, quiet, fast. Crappy cupholders, though.

That's the perfect setup. I also test drove one as equipped and liked it very much. I'm still not hot on the looks of the E90 though.

Geez, where have you been? I think the 3-series has always been a compact sports sedan. However, if you think the trunk is small in the 2006 330i, you should check out an E46 coupe trunk (like the 330Ci or M3) or even look at a 3-series convertible's trunk.

Anyhow, just wondering why you would need such a big trunk? I hope you were not previously in waste management...

BTW, all BMW stock stereo is not that great, but I actually thought the LOGIC 7 stereo in the 330i (once you adjust it via the iDrive) was better than previous stock BMW stereo IMHO.

You are right about the crappy cupholders. I hope we can find a soloution to the cup holder thing. She's is not happy about them but so far she hasn't let that side track her decision. She thinks the cup holders in the X are designed badly as well. She did come to the conclusion that other cars were not that much better in the cup holder dept and she coulden't get excited about the cars either so here we are. Why are cup holders so important to women??

You need to go to www.e90post.com There is more information on there than anywhere on the net...Tell 'em that Bozo sent ya'.

I've driven about 30 E90's in the past few months,(dealer LOVES me, NOT!) and drove the 325 Wagon 2 weeks ago...(You should really consider waiting for the e91. Lots more space)... With the exception of the cupholders(I know, whiney, whiney) i think they are PERFECT. Looks, etc. I am still in the market for 325 myself...
