I'm actually at a crossroads for mobile phone service. Our service contract is up very soon and I've been considering what to do. It boils down to this:
Verizon (what we have now, and have had for awhile) has decent service but they don't have the phones I want. AT&T has the phones I want but their service sucks. Now, to be honest the service is mediocre no matter what carrier I choose (central VA is a deadzone) but Verizon/Alltel has been satisfactory so far. But I hate my phone.
