I introduce to you the Congress Health Insurance Legislation

I am not so pleased to introduce the Congress Health Insurance Legislation

All 1,990 pages of it which means that is only 2.24 Million Dollars a word IF after the ten year period the cost estimate of 894 Billion dollars is met. We all know how well Congress cost estimates maintain within spending goals.

Before you run out and get your own copy to read take a look at a sample paragraph.

“(a) Outpatient Hospitals – (1) In General – Section 1833(t)(3)(C)(iv) of the Social Security Act
(42 U.S.C. 1395(t)(3)(C)(iv)) is amended – (A) in the first sentence – (i) by inserting
“(which is subject to the productivity adjustment described in subclause (II) of such section)”
after “1886(b)(3)(B)(iii); and (ii) by inserting “(but not below 0)” after “reduced”; and (B) in the
second sentence, by inserting “and which is subject, beginning with 2010 to the productivity
adjustment described in section 1886(b)(3)(B)(iii)(II)”.

If that section was unclear just know it deals with “incorporating productivity improvements into market basket updates that do not already incorporate such improvements”.

Lets guess how many Legislators will read the entire Bill before voting on this almost one trillion dollar legislation.

I love that sample paragraph. Just
goes to show what's going on in the
heads of politicians. (mush)

I would bet this kind of stuff is typical
with legislation no matter who writes it?

Even my living trust document has a few
paragraphs that almost sound like that.....

Lawyers.................

The next way to burn American money -it's the fastest way to get rid of it.

Here come much higher taxes, higher interest rates and the dollar being devalued even more.

Genius.

This is typical of ALL bills. This is the language of congress because they must write all of these documents in a format that changes - or extends previous legislation.
