Whats the fastest, most compatible with XP? Internet Explorer just won't work anymore on my Time Warner/Motorla modem set up. Thx ahead.

I've been using Google Chrome for months now and it's very fast, stable and reliable.

After you download it, make sure you go to java.com and download the latest version for chrome, and you should be good to go.

I still use firefox, mainly because I like the features it has and when I switch browsers I miss the ones I don't and switch back.

I have several Windows XP boxes and use Firefox almost exclusively on all, although Firefox does seem to be getting more and more of a memory hog with each new update.

Firefox is the most capable, but on a computer that is gasping for air, it's probably not the best choice, since it is a memory hog. Chrome or Opera are probably your best bets.

Noncom/M...
I'm an IE fan, but I also dabble with Opera, which seems slightly faster on
my slower "wireless" deal back at the Mtn House. Is that TW a high speed
internet, or are you in some black hole part of Dallas?! ;>)
