Mythbusters: Skipping a car across a pond...
By doing no significant modifications for the purpose of the stunt. They were able to get a Fiero to skip like a rock across a 100 foot long, 3 foot deep pond - a la the Cannonball Run Lamborghini. Thought it was pretty cool.

I just watched that episode myself. (and enjoy Jesse as a stand in for Carrie) I knew they could do it as things like this have been around for a while. I like the powered dfriving across water better!

It looks like the swamp buggy had "paddle tires." Can't see how the Bike did it.

Here's a better/longer vid of a bike on water. Same basic principles as the "Jesus Christ lizzard" that runs across water I guess.
