IMO...Leno isn't funny so the time change doesn't
mean a thing since I don't watch.

Good...put Jay back at 11:30, put Conan back at 12:30, pull Fallon (imo, only thing good about his show is the band/music) and replace with either Ellen, Lopez, or Chappelle...
