Thumbs up Got my ultra portable notebook

Can't believe this thing ....though not for people who are quite farsighted, but if you vision is still good, you'll love this ultra portable laptop.

Sony VGN TX-670P: 2.7 lbs, decent battery life, 1GB RAM, 60GB HD, built-in wifi, CINGULAR Edge for WWAN, built-in bluetooth, and built-in dual-layer DVD burner! Also, they have a special AV mode, so if you just want to watch a DVD or play a CD or see pictures with SD or memory stick card and the computer is off, you just hit AV Mode button and in 5 seconds, the notebook acts like a portable DVD/CD/Memory card player!!

Has 1.2 GHz Centrino so it helps with battery life and decent performance. 11.1" screen with 1366 x 768 resolution.

I will use it for mainly traveling, etc. Still have my Dell Laptop powerhorse and my aging Dell Destop. Also, work has a 2.8GHz HP desktop as well.

Got PC Magazine's editor's choice FWIW : http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1860090,00.asp
