OK...so I went to respond in jest to the Apple privacy post only to find the ADMIN had removed the post??? I guess I was being traced!

anyway....for those who remember the topic, here's what I was going to say..

If I may interrupt for a second...

When I said I was a private person for the most part, it would refer to the personal information I share with others as to what is going on in my mind behind all the bong resin from years prior. As for what I'm doing on a daily basis as far as location or what I'm looking for on the internet, I don't care.

A few posts have referred to the word, "tracked." Lets not make this more than it is. Langley isn't following us (oooohhhh maybe they are....) Tracked is a scare tactic word that shields the true meaning of location based advertisements, etc. If they really want to know why I'm in Brooklyn, or NJ, or home, or at Lace (ooops, I didn't say that...never been there,) who cares!

And to be honest, if you have the iPhone...don't worry, the network is so small for coverage, they probably won't find you anyway... (OK...don't hate on that last comment, just a playful joke...and yes I do have an iphone and blackberry with ATT and VZW.)

So just because a thread went down a road you didn't like, you can just request to have ENTIRE threads deleted? Has free speech disappeared from these forums? I know I'm not the most liked around here, but really...plenty of threads went down roads I didn't like either. Oh well.

Also, last I checked, swearing isn't permitted, so why do you get such preferential treatment around here? Rules are rules, aren't they?

Let me ask you this, what business is it of yours? You weren't involved in the other thread, and now you're involving yourself. And you wonder why people give you grief?

Regardless:

It became confrontational.
I asked a mod to delete it.

If the other people want to talk about the ramifications of Apple's new privacy poicy, nothing is stopping them, they can start another thread.

Its everyones business since its a public forum....just because you started a topic doesnt mean you own it. Generally, I thought it was stupid that it got deleted since you didnt like the path it was taking.

Sure, some people dont like me here....big deal! Its the god damn internet, not my life. Sure, maybe you care about a webpage full of people that you may never meet, but I dont. My true friends have my number or are over at my house, not only knowing me by my screen name or IM address.
