PayPal question For dummies
Someone wants to buy something from me using Paypal.
I have an account already setup. What I don't get is how the buyer and seller is protected during the transaction. What keeps either party from scamming the other. If the buyer sends the money first how does he keep me from getting the money without delivering the product and visa versa
