Prodcut Liability and Used goods
I am having a giant garage sale, and have old X5 tires/rims with tires less than 30% tread and just basically want chump change to get rid of the eyesore (The rims are in great shape) If whoever buys and puts them on and gets into an accident. Will I be held responsible? Is there anything I can say or should I have something written? Thanks guys. |

products liability actions are generally against the manufacturer of a thing.

I got great advice to just state all sales are as-is. Thanks!
