Interesting...I had read about this, years ago, but the article only had one pic, and it was almost mythical.
Metzler tires, (fairly narrow rim width, as was "the time"), and I hope it hasn't been run in place much, with those filter less velocity stacks. For something designed and built late '88/'89 ish, pretty remarkable in terms of detail; obviously the "Bimota" effect. Cool, but not sure it's worth $300Gs, except for its one off rarity. Makes my '87 Honda Hurricane 1K, look like, well...a Honda, ;>) Good dig out, Amacman! GL, mD
