Pretty impressive series win...Congrats!
I admit I didn't see them much during the season, but that's
why the MLB playoffs are so interesting to me.

Usually a Yank fan, but good to see the Rangers in the Series...
Now, if the Phils can come back.

Finally! Kind of makes me feel like a bandwagon jumper since I'm usually pulling for someone else this time of year. Last night looked like lots of fun.

I'm torn on who to pull for. I grew up in the Bay Area during the Will Clark and Chili Davis era. I lived in Dallas too, but during a time when the Rangers sucked. I think I'll be pulling for the Giants. '89 World Series "Battle of the Bay" is still fresh in my head (for more reasons than just the game itself).

Disappointed in the Phils...200 sumpin team batting avg in playoffs, hitters taking pitches, and on and on.
Really good pitching by Giants beats malaise riddled hitting.

Interesting series, though I will not be staying up for all those midnight endings.
At least no snow in either city, for the November series. I guess I'm pulling for
the Rangers.

Can hardly wait for Bud's additional level of "playoffs" in a year or two.

GL to both teams, and their fans.

It will be great to have 2 teams that aren't from the East Coast---I think everyone wants to see some new blood and teams in the World Series.

Funny you say that. I was having a conversation last night with someone who said she thought this would be the least watched Series of all time. I would agree with that, since I am a Cablevision subscriber and my Fox is blacked out.

I thought this thread was about the Rangers, not the rangers.

Well I think on the East Coast it will not have as many viewers so the ratings will be a little lower. But I think it will still be decent numbers since a lot of people west of the MS will be more interested. Lee did not look like himself last night.

Congrats to SF. Great series--their pitching was the difference. They silenced the bats of the best hitting team in baseball.
