Saw her interview this morning on the "news". While she was being interviewed, they were playing the sound from the security people laughing in the background. It was hard to tell, but at one point it seemed that were people in the TV studio that were busting out laughing. The mall isn't going to pay her a dime. Pretty funny though.

It's funny on the Today Show interview this morning they asked her who and what she was texting--it was to a person at church giving them her and her husband's ages. What a hypocrite-- how she's trying to play the "I'm an honest, church person" spin yet she's out for money.

What a cruel bunch....... How about a little sympathy
After all how would you feel if the The entire youtube world was
laughing at you....

Well, when your sense of humility is overcome by your sense of greed and/or vengeance nothing good can come of it. She should have just kept quiet and no one would have known it to be her. Nevertheless she can't just let HER mistake of not watching where she's walking go and wants to sue the world for laughing at her. What if she'd walked into traffic while plugging away at her phone?

I never wanted to sue the bar when I "missed" the bar stool in the past.... just laughed with them and ordered another drink!

Heads will definitely roll at the security department at that mall--the security people said the head security guy allowed them to tape the footage onto their cell phones straight off the security monitor. Not sure about financial liability--I don't see how she can get much out of them.
