the rider should be jailed for riding at those speeds in traffic .

No need filling out the organ donor card, there will be no usable organs left when he crashes. It's not a matter of if but when with that type of riding, and we can only hope he doesn't take others with him when it happens.

This reckless riding is for the tracks...but since authorities don't seem to be cracking down on reckless stunts/night racing on Moscow streets, i assume this will remain a growing trend
