Intresting. I just don't like the part where the guys wipes the table with the wet cloth (zohkin), then uses it to wipe his face then uses it to clean his knife. I don't care who you are, that's quite nasty. but it's all good cause I haven't actually seen any chef practice that here in the california.

The little dish of salt also is quite funny.

And i didn't know the dish that the sushi chef places on is a japanese slipper. I find that pretty gross too.

Ultimately, I still love sushi no matter what. I cannot part with my hamachi, kampachi, toro, ama ebi, uni, mirugai etc.

I also have to have it cooked.......I just can't eat it raw like that......
