The Amarok is built in Argentina and exported most markets outside North America. I saw more than a few in South Africa. No, it's not a "shared platform" with someone else like the Routan is.

I just wish there was pickup that isn't horribly thirsty on fuel (the X3 is already thirsty for my standards). C'mon, it can be done.......

X5V8RULES, Nissan Titan vs BMW X5 is like comparing apples to oranges.

I have couple of questions for you:

What will you be using Nissan Titan for? May be you are in the construction business

Is Nissan Titan available in diesel in France? Do a search Voiture occasion - Annonce auto, achat et vente voiture occasion - La Centrale.fr

Thanks for your advice! Actually, i moved to lebanon last year and i want to get the 5.6 v8 titan. I drove one yesterday and i didnt like the handling . But this beast has got a huge amount of torque and it accelerates very well for a << monster truck>>. But i drive in the city all the time and that s a big problem as you said.

Perfect 'cars' for riding around France, imo...
And, either will certainly cure your mpg blues. ...
