Saw that on the TalkingHeads National news last night. The parts that drive me crazy are we 'viewers' have been beefing about this for decades, the FCC has been 'working' on this for years, and with the new Reg, it slides in a year from now, and later...
"The rule goes into effect in one year, and it allows the commission to grant exemptions of up to two years for stations or pay-TV systems that face a financial hardship. " Gov't 'at work', imo.
