interesting show on the birth of the 645i on Speed Channel
on right now... very interesting on BMW's painstaking testing and production methods specifically to the 645. Good show so far!

Yep, I've been watching episode #2 and #3. Missed episode #1 though.
Did you see where they test fitted the dash and went back to the drawing board because the center speaker is 1/2 mm to big?

yeah.. did u see the look on those guys face?? that sucks after all the measuring and steps they went through to get that mold made.
