I got some good news!

Well I got some good news. As most of you know we had a little problem with the body shop that repaired our car. So we called Global Imports BMW (they refer about 350 cars a month to Magnum) and spoke to the manager. He said that he was extremely sorry about what happened at Magnum and that it is not like them to perform that kind of work. They said that they would make sure that they had a loaner car for us and to bring it by. They also said they would fix what they can before sending it to MAGNUM. (BTW we did not buy the car from them) Well 20 minutes later we get a call from one of the owners of Magnum. Before we can even say anything he starts telling us that the work on our car was completely un-acceptable. They said that we have every right to be mad. Anyway he said that he would personally be in charge of the car and make sure that it is perfect when delivered. From what my dad said I think the car is going to be fine. He is going to personally come by so that he can meet us.

BTW IflyX5 I hope we are still friends... As they say 80% of communication is communicated through body language. Well that does not work to well on a computer. I was truly just messing around. I think your comment was great and I Defiantly hope you are not mad.
