i think that was the model - LeBaron... it has been a gazzillion years ago... lol... unfortunately, it just shows not the finesse that the person hopes to show off, but rather a desperation - instead of real brick walls using frame and drywall, instead of real chocolate (expensive) use milk chocolate (cheap), instead of sturgeon caviar use lampfish eggs... the list goes on and on...
I think it is possible to buy a used BMW for the price paid for a new Honda and then show off... Would deserve more respect...

Hello! I registered to post my first message here.
This seems to be a nice group of members who share ideas, maintenance info, and pictures of their rides. The OP, Naz, has taken a photo of my whip, the BMW-Honda, parked along the boardwalk at Belmar Beach. I would really appreciate it if my license plate can be removed from the photo. Miniz is correct! I am a motivational speaker who hosts presentations at schools and colleges to show that it takes motivation, dedication, and a positive attitude to realize any dream. My dream years ago was to one day be able to walk, as I used to be in a wheelchair for most of my youth. So I give back to the community by speaking at schools for the past 34 years, since I was 10 years old, showing to the students how I reached my dream of walking, driving with regular foot controls (an honor), as well as other dreams like skydiving, scuba diving, meeting Billy Joel, and even painting. Miniz, does this bring back memories of the time you were in my audience? I imagine that each of my former students, like you, continue to be a success story.I also share the story of my BMW rebadging with students, and it is probably the most memorable part of my presentation, generating honest and prolonged laughter as my audience laughs with me! I know it may sound silly to car enthusiasts, but I enjoy generating smiles. ![]() Because when you bring out the best in others, that also brings out the best in you. Naz, it's a 760Li designation on my trunklid. I see that the glare you took with your camera obscures the "6." Glad to be here among this group. Thanks for blurring my personalized plate. Any questions I can answer for you guys? Last edited by TheKnightRider; 06-05-2015 at 05:10 PM. |

Seriously? Your right this is a nice group of members who share ideas, maintenance info, and pictures of their rides. But unless i'm wrong no owner of a Honda on this site passes it off rebadged as a BMW. It just doesn't generate honesty on any level and doesn't bring out the best from anyone.
