Best buy scanning drivers licenses to curb returns fraud
I was trying to return a product purchased 2 days earlier.
Cashier says....Can I see your license? I showed it to her. Can you take it out? Why? I need to scan it. Oh no you don't. I don't allow that. Now she's miffed and I'm standing my ground.
