Here is a bunch who need to be arrested...
Arrested, fined, and I would even support havin their cars confiscated and crushed.
A bunch of idiots blocked I-285 around Atlanta - so they could do donuts on the Highway - as a tribute to a friend who got killed on the hightway. One of these morons was quoted as saying. (Paraphrase) "It was all in good fun and everybody is happy", "No harm done" and "This is a tradition." Racers halt I-285 traffic to pay homage to fallen colleague | www.wsbtv.com
