Survey Question

While taking a survey on Automobile Insurance, I got this question. Of course I selected the Tricked Out Honda :

Those in a Benz usually come across as arrogant. I mean how many SUV's do you need in your line up in how many configurations? ML, AMG, blah blah blah. BMW is simple yet refined. We only need one Letter to state power "M"

Cisc0,

That's a great question -- have to admire their cheek

Some of us can be annoying sometimes (and be proud of it )

Prius's are probably the most annoying to me. They go so slowly and it appears that their drivers are so smug (or dopey) when I pass them. Most times they don't even seem to notice... I need an exhaust like Pinoy... (Mike) to wake them up as I go by...

Not surprising. They were talking about something similar on the local radio just a short time ago.....it was another "study" that found drivers most likely to come across as arrogant were actually owners of BMW's...then the host rambled off in the usual stereotypical "its because they think its status, or have money/power over the rest of the common folk on the roads" blah blah blah. Personally I find most small econo-box cars the most annoying to be behind as they usually (around here anyway) drive unreasonably slow with the mindset they are saving money by doing so (but get every red light).

BMW owners definitely come across as arrogant. Hell when my wife first got her e90 i used to harass her about getting the "Asshat" package when she bought hers. Now that I have mine, I admit my "Asshat" package comes through every now and then. I think people have the perception that all owners of high end vehicles are arrogant/cocky if you will regardless of the brand. Just look at the Audi commercial with the kid that drives his dad's car to the prom. What demographic are they marketing to?
