It could be chrome...
 Them again it could be sliver, The arab's in UAE are loaded with cash. I took a 4 day trip to Dubai last year and man I seen so many exotic cars. To me Dubai is "The Las Vegas of the Middle east". Take a trip you'll see what I'm talking about.

I think you'll find it's polished aluminium.
The new Jaguar that launched about a year ago had the show car finished in exactly the same way. Looks great for about a nano second!!!
