Annette, Off to Valhalla...
May only be of interest to us old(er) guys here, but for those of us that grew up with the MM Club, circa 1955+, we all knew her.
I recall getting our first ~10" B&W TV about 1957, when I was ten years old, and having seen the Mickey Mouse Club on friends' TVs I could not wait to warm the sumbitch up and see the show, and her. She was a beaut, and never lost her class. BR, mD http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/09/mo...bituaries&_r=0

Sad to hear about this. Saw the MM club a few times myself.
By the time she hit the scene I was a teenager and considered the show so much cornball. But I agree she was a beaut. That MM club song drove me bananas. Don't know what was worse, the MM club theme or it's a small world at Disney Land. THE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB 1960's INTRO - YouTube
