Yeah, heard this on KROQ 2 weeks ago and Kevin & Bean actually got to talk to the 911 operator answering that call. It's not just SoCal, it's the whole country these day!!
 BTW, the lady in the car was originally from some suburb in North Dallas.  Also, didn't x5Monkey used to live in Orange County like that lady on the 911 call?  Quote:
