Video, Fade in, Fade Out, Focus, De-scramble, etc... I see this more as a look at me I want to be seen and look how emotional and contrite I am - don't give me a harsh sentence - video.
If he really felt guilty and that was the reason for a confession; he should have just turned himself over to the police instead of seeking his 15 minutes. I hope they throw the book at him.
