Why do drivers use the shoulder going 50 mph faster then traffic? And pass at crazy speeds on snow covered roads?
I heard the word sukar at least a dozen times, what is the translation?

Suka is bitch. The only reason you see so many russian videos, is because everyone over there has one. I just got an order of 7 for here. Been using it in the X5 and the F150 already. Nothing interesting really yet. Just nyc traffic.

and the reason everyone in russia has a video because there is road scam going on all the times - someone bumps you, or throws himself/herself onto your car in order to collect... the booty can be all of your possessions, including the car, the house - you name it... thus, they have the DVRs to prove that they were not at fault...
