Remarkable comedian and pretty damn good actor...
Maybe 'genius' in his art, but his far out skill obviously eroded him beyond help. He made us all laugh and think about stuff; he wasn't laughing. RIP.

He was one of a kind and will be missed.
Saw him perform at Dangerfields around 30 yrs ago, he plowed thru a mountain of blow with a friend of mine prior to going onstage (witnessed it in the mens bathroom). The friend died in the '90s, riding a snow mobile while coked up (ironic), around Lake Ontario (wrecked into trees and broke neck).

He did get the help but depression is a deep hole and often hard to get out of.
Also medication is hit and miss which can make it worse if one has to start over or has the meds that make you want to do what he did. But I agree it's a waste losing such a talented man.
