Don't you think that the NSA, FBI and CIA would have checked him out? or do you think that its possible that one of these security services created a new record. It doesn't take long for any security agency to create this sort of documentation and a false record of anybody's life, you just need to make sure that somebody from the past doesn't all of a sudden turn up with evidence to compromise the records.
