No, what it means is that the Democrats will have to start working together with the Republicans to get a truly bipartisan plan worked out instead of having exclusionary closed door meetings like the Dems have been doing.

I think there will be massive traffic problems throughout Massachusetts because the Subaru Wagon drivers will make a point that every passing motorist sees their shiny new "Fuck Conservatives" bumper sticker going over the old "end of an error" one.

I'm just glad that we aren't going to become France. It means I might be able to wait until I graduate to move to Canada.
