I'll take a Pasadena on the strip joint;
been in a hundred over the years for
biz, and it always reminds me of getting

you're better off, trust me.

other than the low rent customers (most of whom, it seems, want to be your friend), the sorry lonely people with the blank stares on their faces, the foul stench, and the stigma (at least for the locals) of having your car seen in the parking lot, it really is a nice place.

of course, my memory is faded. last time I was there was about a week before I was married, which was 19 years, and 70 days ago, but who's counting?
