I went to/stayed in the Harrods. I love how its by no means even close to the river, but they basically surrounded it by a creek and said its "in the river." Actually a pretty nice place.

Yes! Although there isnt much in Sparkle city to do. Bit more in Greeville, the next town over. I wonder if we can score a group tour? Has this been tried before?

Harrah's. It's actually one of the best out here. That and Ameristar. I think they are about the same. It is illegal to have a casino in MO but ironically we have quite a bunch of them and big ones at that. The idea is that the casino's have to be in or by the water in order to be legal hence "the boat". There are some downtown that are actual boats that used to leave the dock. Harrah's is actually in the river run off area where that place is by the water whenever the river rises.

What about Texas or Chicago? Wouldn't that be considered mid America? If it was held in South Carolina, it wouldn't be fair for the people from the west.

Oh wow I said "Harrod's!" Sorry, mis-typed. No I did not gamble in a British department store in STL.

I think Chicagoland is the best bet for a Mid-America meet.

Maybe we can do a 10th anniversary trek to the SC factory for a huge X meet. Maybe join all the boards (X5World, Bimmerfest, RF, etc...) as well.
