I know Neil (and if you need coding he is THE man).
I know Naz from our attempted steering wheel swap in my driveway.
I'm sure we can likely do something fairly local. Across the street from the Woodbridge Mall the "Cheeseburger in Paradise" is now a Buffalo Wild Wings, if that matters.

So should be try to pencil something in before the summer is over, or just wait until fall..?

I would be interested in meeting some fellow enthusiasts sometime. Im in middletown NY about an hour away from nyc. Anyone else in upstate NY area? Im fairly new to NY and just recently picked up my e70.

Central Jersey typically means anything from about Exit 150 to 100 on the GSP.
I'm in Metuchen which is Exit 130 (surrounded by Edison)
Close to 287, NJ Tpke Exit 10, and several malls (Woodbridge, Menlo Park)

Saw your note. I'm not aware of any meets "upstate". When we did have these regularly (Back in the olden days, we ended up in MD as we had a leader that was from there with a farm and helped organize..now she's married and has obviously more important priorities). BTW, I am about 10 mins from Staten Island so NY is not really too far.

Weather still a bit crappy, so I would say lets try again in June when school is out for the "kids" and maybe we can pull in Neil to help with some coding and just get some interested parties together. Maybe bring @cmyx6go out of retirement too...

There is are several sports-bar type facilities ie, Applebees, Houstons, Bahama Breezes, Red Robin,etc, and they fairly friendly. In fact there is a huge lot across off of Stelton Rd with Red Lobster on one side, Red Robin on the other and a Chipotle in the middle. And since several stores closed across the street by Hobby Lobby, there is ample room to take pictures, etc.

Lastly, as my wife has an E46, and I am in touch with the E46Fanatics group, as we get closer to a potential date, I'm sure I can get some of those maniacs to join up for cocktails and wings (or whatever you enjoy) so stay tuned..
